How long will shipping take?

Standard shipping within North America may take 1–2 weeks. Due to Canada Post strikes, you may experience additional delays.

How do I track my shipping?

The order number will be sent to the email you used to purchase your Sarfo & Vieira product. You can click here to track your shipment.

What if I need to return my product?

What if my product gets damaged through shipping?

Check out our return policy here. Contact us at info@sarfo-vieira.com for more information. We can give you a refund for your product or we can ship you the same product for free within 30 days of your delivery.

Am I able to cancel/modify my order once I have submitted it?

Unfortunately not, once the order has been submitted it cannot be modified. The good news is that you can return your order by mail as soon as you receive your package.

My tracking states my package is delivered but I have yet to receive it?

Please allow up to 4 days from the delivery date of the order before contacting us for an investigation. You may contact the carrier to investigate further in the meantime.
